L2BGreen Is Now Open
Explore sustainability and green entrepreneurship through real business cases and conversational AI
We are very happy to share that the L2BGreen learning experience is now available online. Instead of starting with long theoretical explanations, L2BGreen places learners in realistic business situations. They explore sustainability challenges, consider different perspectives, and make decisions in situations where there is rarely one simple answer. L2BGreen turns this complexity into a learning experience!
Meet Gaia
At the centre of this experience is Gaia, the L2BGreen conversational AI learning agent. Gaia works with learners as they explore realistic business cases. Rather than simply providing answers, Gaia asks questions, responds to learners’ reasoning and helps them analyse sustainability problems, reflect on decisions and develop their own solutions.
The aim is simple: Gaia supports thinking, not replaces it.
A learner might propose a solution and Gaia can encourage them to go further. Who is affected by this decision? Which environmental or social consequences should be considered? Is there another perspective? How would you justify your choice? In this way, the conversation becomes part of the learning process itself.

Learn in Your Own Way
L2BGreen is designed for students, adult learners, educators, trainers, entrepreneurs, professionals and organisations interested in sustainability and green entrepreneurship. An educator can select an individual case and integrate it into a university course, workshop or training session. A professional might choose a topic related to their own work. Someone completely new to green entrepreneurship can simply enter the platform, select an interesting case and begin.
Gaia is embedded in the wider L2BGreen Learning Environment where learners can access a growing collection of realistic business cases and learning materials. The L2BGreen Learning Catalogue covers topics such as sustainable business models, innovation, green marketing, financial decision making, greenwashing, strategic thinking and sustainable leadership. There is no compulsory order and no single route through the catalogue. Learners can simply choose a topic that interests them and start exploring.
No previous knowledge of L2BGreen or green entrepreneurship is required. This flexibility makes the platform useful both as a teaching resource and as a space for independent learning.
Want to See How It Works?
If you would like some guidance before starting, we have also prepared a practical webinar introducing the L2BGreen Learning Management System and Gaia.
The video walks users through the learning environment, shows how to navigate the platform and explains how learners can work with Gaia and the available learning activities. It is a useful starting point for both individual learners and educators who would like to integrate L2BGreen into their teaching or training.
