Hosting (Vercel)
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit the website, Vercel processes technical access data (IP address, time stamp, requested page) to deliver the service. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and working website). The transfer to the USA is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).
Web analytics (Google Analytics)
Only if you click "Accept" in the cookie banner do we use Google Analytics 4 by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to understand which pages and deliverables are used (page views, downloads, clicks on external links, approximate location, device and browser). Google Analytics sets cookies and may transfer data to Google LLC in the USA; the transfer is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You can withdraw your consent at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer; the analytics cookies are then deleted. Without consent, no data is sent to Google. Event and user-level data are deleted after 14 months (the maximum in Google Analytics); the reports only contain aggregated figures without personal data. The analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_…) expire after at most 2 years.
Newsletter (Brevo)
If you subscribe to the newsletter, we process your email address and preferred language to send it. Sign-up uses double opt-in: you only receive the newsletter after confirming the link in our email. The newsletter is sent via Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, doing business as Brevo, 17 rue Salneuve, 75017 Paris, France); data is processed in the EU. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every newsletter; your data is then deleted from the newsletter list.
Storage in your browser
The website stores your choice in the cookie banner in your browser's local storage (key "l2b-analytics-consent"), so the banner is not shown again. This entry contains no personal data and stays on your device.
Fonts and external links
All fonts are hosted on our own server; no connection to Google Fonts is made. Links to LinkedIn and partner websites are plain links: data is only sent to these providers when you click them.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of your personal data, the right to data portability and the right to object. Requests by email to marina@digitale-zukunftsbildung.eu. You can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde).
